Project with local Brewery to produce and fill products (Rio Grande do Sul)

  • Support local partner to select raw material in packaging material suppliers
  • Brewhouse improvements in terms of wort temperature control and filtration
  • Invest in new equipment for laboratory to improve product quality control
  • Changes in cold block to manage the yeast and improve fermenters pipe fence arrangement to improve quality and operations
  • Convert a RGB in a combine line, modifying layout, adapting existing equipment like bulk depalletizer, pallletizer, rinser, filler (installing a pull-off capper) and labeller
  • Install two new machines (multi-packer and a shrink film machine)
  • Prepare POS’s and training the local team during the 3 months of commissioning

Greenfield Brewery 1.2 Mhl (Luanda)

  • Greenfield project to build-up a new Brewery with 1.2 million hl capacity, expandable to 2 million hl
  • Give support to operational team during one year after taking over, giving continuous training and performance tracking
  • Geophisic, geotechnic and topograph studies
  • Previous technical study to define Brewery construction requirements and procurement strategy
  • Define technical specifications to prepare Tender documents for equipment solutions and civil works
  • Prepare, submmit and approve all licencing processes to start Brewery construction and operation
  • Tendering negotiation and contract of brewery main suppliers including civils
  • Team: 15 people involved (5 full time in Angola, 2 main contactors, one for Civil works and other for Brewery equipment supply and Steering Committee with 8 members of the Board)

New Brewery 1 Mhl green field (Hamburg)

  • Greenfield project to build-up a new brewery with 1 million hl capacity
  • Give support to local team preparing the operation transition from the existing plant to the new plant
  • Build the organizational structure for all phases of the project and create a project manual
  • Technical clarification and value engineering to define project scope, targets, procurement strategy and planning
  • Define technical specifications and prepare tender’s documents for equipment acquisition and civil works.
  • Prepare, submit and approve all licensing processes to start Brewery construction and operation
  • Tendering negotiation and contract of brewery main suppliers including civils
  • Manage the information flow and interface between workstreams / contractors
  • Contracts management and project planning
  • Team: 25 people involved (8 full time dedicated, 2 engineering consultant companies and Steering Committee with 6 members of Directions and 4 members of the Board)
